The location was stunning and incredible, just a short walk away from Schunck. I ate at the tapas restaurant near the hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was silent and tidy. The breakfast offered a lot of food and was plentiful and savoury.
Facilities were excellent, even so Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. It's easy to get to Maastricht and Aachen from there.
The room was very noisy during the night, as the hotel is directly facing the central square with lots of bars etc.

Excellent location to the Theatre and Railway Station, Room was very adequate for what we needed. It made for a pleasant stay
Our room was on the front facing the town square. It was extremely noisy at night and we had little sleep. The staff were not exactly over- friendly. We weren't made to feel over-welcome. The first staff member was nice but she seemed to be doing all jobs on our arrival and was extremely rushed - she was waitress and receptionist at the same time! We paid for a buffet breakfast on day one but the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold by the time we arrived at the dining room at 8am. I don't think the heating machine was turned on. On the second day we opted for a continental breakfast, but were charged the same price as the buffet (which was non existent). Cultura Nova was on, so this may have effected things???

Cozy room with great views, a work desk for getting stuff done, a coffee/tea maker for that morning pick-me-up, and a flat-screen TV with all the cable channels you need. 🌟

The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. I arrived accidently after check-in hours and the manager still opened especially for me, got me an internet cable. In the morning it was rainign heavily, and the manager even gave me an umbrella to go to my meeting.
It was quite noisy outside (located in city center)

This hotel is located in the center of a lively square, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. The view from the hotel room is amazing, with trees adorned with little lights. It's also unique because it's located above a Spanish tapas restaurant, adding to the charm and atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.
Nothing to complain about, everything was superb.

The beds were very comfortable
The showers were too hot. No way to lower the temperature enough to take a normal shower without being burnt!

Central location in the heart of the town, with shops and cafes just a short walk away. The hotel is also conveniently close to the central train station, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice, fresh linens and a sparkling clean bathroom.
The limited space for clothes and the broken safe were also a downside. the noise from the nearby church and the disco-like venue in a nearby building made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
